  • Can I use the bot and the VIP group I already have?

    Yes. You connect the bot by pasting its token and link the group or channel that already exists. Whoever is in the group stays there, and nobody has to join again.

  • Does the money from sales pass through Gerencia VIP?

    No. The charge is created in your own gateway account, in your name, and the money lands straight in it. The fee only exists when a sale is approved.

  • Which payment gateways can I use?

    Today, Mercado Pago (Pix, card and boleto) and PushinPay (Pix and boleto), and you can pick a gateway for each payment method. AbacatePay, MisticPay, SyncPay, Stripe and PayPal are on the way.

  • Can I sell standalone media, not just group access?

    Yes. Photos, videos and file packs are delivered by the bot itself in the chat as soon as the payment clears, and you can block forwarding and saving.

  • Can I sell a monthly subscription and lifetime access?

    Yes. Each product has the plans you want, with a term or lifetime. Before the end, the buyer gets the renewal notice; whoever does not renew leaves the group on their own.

  • How does a buyer get access back if they lose the link?

    On their own, without talking to you: in the bot, the /purchases command shows what they bought and hands the access over again. Storefront buyers sign in with their e-mail in the buyer area.

  • What happens if a buyer asks for a refund or disputes the purchase?

    The access from that purchase is taken back on its own, and only that one: what they paid for in other purchases still counts.

  • Does it work for selling in dollars and outside Brazil?

    Yes. The same product can be priced in reais, in dollars or both, and the bot speaks Portuguese and English. The gateway only needs to accept the currency.
