  • What is Gerencia VIP?

    A platform for selling access to groups, channels and content on Telegram and on the web. You list the product and the plans; your customer buys through your bot or your storefront, and the platform hands over access, charges the renewal and removes whoever stopped paying.

  • What does it cost to use?

    $0.80 plus 2.99% per approved sale, and nothing beyond that. There is no monthly fee, no plan and no setup charge — if you do not sell, you do not pay.

  • Can I connect my own payment gateway?

    You can. If you own a gateway and want it working here, talk to us — we build the integration. From then on it is available to every seller on the platform, who can choose your gateway to charge through.

  • Does my name show up on the Pix my customer sees?

    It does not have to. The Pix is created by the gateway you connect, and some gateways do not show your name to the payer. Connect one of those and the buyer never sees who is behind the charge.

  • Is Gerencia VIP trustworthy?

    The money from a sale never passes through us: the charge is created in your own gateway account and in your name, and our fee only exists once the sale is approved. Access to the dashboard has two-factor authentication, and your data is handled under the LGPD, the Brazilian data protection law.

  • Can I sell abroad?

    You can. The same product carries a price per currency — reais, dollars or both — and your storefront and checkout show up translated for each audience. What has to keep up is the gateway: to receive dollars, it has to accept the currency.
